Williamson Orchards and Vineyards has a part-time Wholesale and Brand Representative position open.

We are looking for a responsible, self-motivated person with strong communication and sales skills. The person in this position will be responsible for bringing in new wholesale clients and making connections with prospective buyers through wine tastings and community outreach. This individual should be comfortable cultivating relationships with a wide range of businesses—from culinary establishments to commercial partners—and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in an engaging manner to help grow our presence in the Treasure Valley. We estimate this position will include 8–10 hours per week.

Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license.
A reliable vehicle.
Must be able to lift a case of wine (40 lbs).
Have access to a phone, computer and internet.

Job Responsibilities:
Cold calling potential clients
Develop and maintain business relations with vendors and customers.
Delivering wine to vendors and customers.
Communicating with Williamson’s office staff regarding invoicing and billing
Communicating with vendors on a bi-monthly schedule to touch base on their wine needs, take orders and arrange future off-site, in-store wine tasting events.
Producing and auditing invoices for wine vendors.
Act as a representative of the business.

Williamson Orchards and Vineyards has one part-time wine room sales position open. We are looking for a self-motivated, high energy person with sales experience and good customer service skills. This job requires someone with attention to detail and is a team player. Some knowledge of wine is a plus.

This is a part time position; i.e. Wednesday – Sunday: 11:00 – 6:00 pm. Estimating 12 – 18 hours per week.

Job Qualifications:
– High School Diploma or GED.
– Higher level education is a plus.
– Must have had some sales or customer service experience.
– Some knowledge of cash registers and credit card processing.
– A basic knowledge of wine is a plus.
– Must be able to lift a case of wine (40 lbs).

– Describe wines and pour samples.
– Wine & merchandise sales.
– Maintaining and cleaning of the tasting room/warehouse.

We are looking for a creative, organized, self-motivated person with great communication skills. Job duties include, but are not limited to, planning and execution of events, event permitting, coordinating vendors and services, some wine sales, customer services and general administrative duties. 

This is a part time position – primarily Wednesday – Fridays with the occasional Saturday or Sunday for events. Estimating 24-30 hours per week.

Job Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.
Higher level education is a plus.
Must be able to lift a case of wine (40 lbs).
A basic knowledge of wine is a plus.
Must have good attention to detail.
Must have had some sales or customer service experience.
Some knowledge of point of sale systems and credit card processing is a plus.
Some proficiency of working in spreadsheets is a plus.
Some marketing experience is a plus.
Some event planning or management experience is a plus.

Event Coordinator Responsibilities:

Planning and execution of onsite events.
Booking and coordination with vendors and services for events; i.e. food trucks, musicians, artists.
Submitting event permits for offsite events and notifying local authorities.
Procurement or rental or event supplies.
Assist in the marketing efforts for events.
Working hands-on at events or oversight of events both onsite and offsite.
Set up and tear down events.

Admin & Customer Service Responsibilities:

Act as a representative of the business.
Creating a welcome and hospitable atmosphere.
Responding and sending emails.
Coordinating with vendors and services related to the tasting room.
Wine & merchandise sales.
Assisting staff with customer service and maintaining good relations with clients.
Maintaining and cleaning of the retail and event spaces.
Problem solving.
