Wine is better when enjoyed with friends and family!
Guests can set their own pace and enjoy catching up with each other when you reserve a large group experience on our patio, event space or warehouse. We are capping groups at 15 people for our typical wine tasting experience. However, our large group experience package allows us to reserve space for larger groups who still want a fun trip to the winery but might need to reserve a little more space. Large group experience are a maximum of two hours.
Event Room and Grounds
Reservation Availability:
Our event space and grounds can be reserved from 12 – 4 PM on Wednesday – Sunday (with extended hours on Fri & Sat in June and Sept) in 2-hour increments. Alternative times of availability can be possible on a case by case basis. Regardless of event space reservation, the tasting room will be open to the public, during our regular business hours.
Size of Large Group Experience:
Our event room can comfortably host around 15 people. The winery grounds can host around 30 people, with approximately enough seating for 12 people on the covered patio. Our warehouse can accommodate approximately 18 people.
Service & Social Distance Policy:
Bottle service is Williamson’s preferred experience for large group reservations. Traditional tastings and wine by the glass are available on a case by case basis. However large group reservations must still meet the minimum wine purchase requirements. We are not requiring masks at this time. However, staff will respectfully wear a mask upon request.
Tasting Fees, Required Wine Purchase and Deposit:
All Large Group Reservations will either require tasting fees or a minimum purchase. A non-refundable deposit will be required, at the time of reservation, to hold your date/time. However, the deposit will be applied towards the purchase of wine purchase or tasting fees. (To see required wine purchase levels go to Frequently Asked Questions.) The wine purchased will be used to serve your guests, unless otherwise agreed upon.
