Tasting notes ~ Our Homestead Red is a full bodied red wine with spicy tannins. This creamy-rich red wine has influences of bright blackberry & plum. It’s warm, cinnamon spice finish just keeps going. The Cabernet adds hints of dark cherry and the Syrah gives the wine is peppery finish. Best served at room temperature or slightly cooler. We recommend serving this wine with roast lamb, pulled pork & prime rib. Spices, such as cloves, cinnamon black pepper and basil compliment this wine.
