Doce is Porteguese for sweet and our Doce Dessert Wine is a sweet port-styled wine. We use Syrah grapes and fortify the wine with Idaho Grape Brandy. A deep ruby color with rich fruit flavor make this a perfect after dinner wine. This silky wine has an enticing aroma of plum jam and almonds. Warm flavors of honey, vanilla and cinnamon make this wine a comfort. We recommend serving this with Roasted Walnuts, Stilton or Gorganzola Cheese, German Chocolate Cake or Cherry Tarts. |
