About Us

Williamson Vineyard is the child company of Williamson Orchards. In 1998 the Williamson family planted their first grape vines in hopes of diversifying the business. We hand-pick the very best grapes to use in the production of wine under our label. The other 80% of our 36 acres is contracted to other local wineries and is machine harvested. Our goal is to make a select few wines that are the highest quality. As we do with our orchards we research each new variety of fruit very carefully before we plant. We must make sure that our grapes will grow well on our land but still remain viable in the wine market.
